How do I make a payment?

Payment is due after you receive your final media so you can review everything first. You’ll have up to 7 days to complete payment, and a secure payment link will be included with your delivery for a quick and easy checkout.

Where do you provide services?

I’m based in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. If your listing is outside the DMV, contact me—I may still be able to accommodate depending on location and scheduling.

How soon will I get my photos?

I guarantee photo delivery within 24 hours of the shoot. Video and 3D tours are typically delivered within 48–72 hours. Once everything is ready, I’ll send a download link so you can access your media right away.

What if it rains or the weather isn’t ideal?

Weather happens. If it’s lightly overcast or drizzling, I can still shoot as planned and deliver a clean, natural look in post-production. If conditions will significantly impact exterior quality (heavy rain, strong wind, or very dark skies), I can reschedule at no charge—or shoot interiors first and return for exterior photos when the weather clears. For snow: If you prefer a clean, snow-free exterior for marketing, I recommend rescheduling exterior photos until conditions improve.

How should I prepare the home for the shoot?

A little prep makes a big difference. Before I arrive, please: - Clear countertops and surfaces (kitchen, bathrooms, nightstands, desks) - Put away personal items (toiletries, chargers, paperwork, photos) - Make beds and tidy living areas (pillows, throws, chairs straightened) - Remove trash/recycling and anything on floors that doesn’t belong - Move vehicles from the driveway/front of the home and close garage doors
